EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION – BOOK YOUR BOOTH!
- Online Registration is open. Register to benefit from early bird bonus. Registration will still be open for late registration and on-site registration till the start of the Expo.
- Participants and exhibitors are encouraged to register online and on time too to enjoy the early bird discount.
- Send Confirmation Receipt or Transaction Reference Number to Email: info@worldtextileexpo.org
- The organizers will send access badges to the participants email after confirmation of registration.
- Request Visitor ticket request free online (Link). You will be charged usd 50 on site.
Refund
- ALL CANCELLATION REQUEST ON OR AFTER 30TH OF SEPTEMBER 2023 ATTRACTS 25% DEDUCTION FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID
- CANCELLATION REQUEST ON OR AFTER 10TH OF OCTOBER 2023 ATTRACTS 50% DEDUCTION FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID
VISA APPLICATION
Beyond the provision of letters of invitation, neither WTSE is responsible for the visa application of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are advised to contact their local Korean embassy directly for all questions relating specifically to visas and immigration policy.
