EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION – BOOK YOUR BOOTH!
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at World Textile and World Shoe Expo with Global Fashion Week and Award. To register to exhibit at WTSE Seoul and to complete exhibitor payment, please complete the steps below.
STEP 1 – SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM
- Complete and submit the Exhibitor Application Form online
- Send Confirmation Receipt or Transaction Reference Number to Email: info@worldtextileexpo.org
Please note:
Exhibitors are registered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Application deadlines are subject to change in the case that demand for exhibit space exceeds space available.
VISA APPLICATION
The WTSE will issue invitation letters to exhibitors who need to apply for a Korean entry visa. The invitation letters are provided only after a full background check of the exhibiting company is made and exhibition and utility payments have been completed.
Please note:
- Beyond the provision of letters of invitation, neither WTSE is responsible for the visa application of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are advised to contact their local Korean embassy directly for all questions relating specifically to visas and immigration policy.
- WTSE does not offer invitation letters to visitors, buyers, delegations, or exhibiting companies who do not pass the background check or complete full payment of booth and utility fees.
